A typical Nationwide Cremation Plan would include the following:
 

Basic Cremation Package (Membership Price)	$ 795.00
Add for Nationwide Coverage	400.00
Cost of shipping cremains to family or cemetery	50.00
Cost of cremation permit and death certificate processing	50.00
Total Cost	$1,295.00

The price quoted is Membership Price which is offered when the total cost of our services are paid for in advance. The only additional cost would be the cost of death certificates and medical examiner fees which vary from state to state. The Nationwide Cremation Plan covers expenses for deaths occurring within 30 miles of a HCBS affiliate. Additional costs for transportation may be incurred if death occurs outside this area.
